Yard Design, Site Preparation and Formwork
The Concrete Company have worked extensively in commercial, industrial and rural applications of large-scale concrete pouring jobs and have a wealth of experience to help you plan for strength, cost efficiency and durability in your yard. We routinely construct large scale modular and complex formworks for commercial jobs and can assist in the design, planning and construction from beginning to end.
Exposed Aggregate
Exposed aggregates are achieved by washing away the top layer of cement to leave the surface layer of stony aggregate exposed. Aggregates can include a variety of decorative stones or glass.
Acid Washing
An acid wash will make your concrete look like new, removing, stains, mildew and any surface wear that may be starting to show. We can seal new and clean concrete so that it retains its appearance, is hard wearing and water resistant providing attractive surfaces and durable floors.
Concrete Finishing
In addition to flat floor finishing, we can finish the pour with an exposed aggregate effect or a non-slip finish suitable for livestock or wet areas. Concrete can also be treated with an industrial sealant to waterproof and protect the surface for longer life and smoother finish.
Concrete Flooring
Concrete floors are low maintenance and offer a variety of finishing options. Basic poured level concrete is a very affordable option for building or renovation. We also offer Cupolex, Rib raft flooring with full design and engineering available.
Coloured Concrete
Coloured or “designer” concrete is an architecturally stunning method of pigmenting cement so its stained and colourfast. Concrete is commonly stained black for flooring and patios, but options are various. Contact us for our highly competitive rates.
